In this module I got knowledge about understanding the nature and need of change in organization or society. With time, changes are inevitable for any organization. But to happen change and to succeed with managing change it is necessary to analyse the complexity of organization, organizational behaviour, structure and processes. In this module I got theoretical ideas and knowledge to analyse organization behaviour, culture and formulate possible solution, technology and tools to address the change process. In this process I got acquainted about communicating ideas, seeking for participation,  support and negotiation. Cultural analysis, stakeholder analysis, choosing appropriate model, tools and technology for the change process and communicating change ideas were some of the part of this module.  I also learned to develop a systematic action plan to implement and manage the change process necessary to provide a solution. The thing I feel that I  missed in this module is that we did not have diverse and international cases and interaction with other international peers.
