In my past educational activity, I was acquainted with traditional teaching, learning process. However in my latest IT education I have had some experiences of flexible and distance learning process. I was experienced with technology enhanced, student centred and multimedia based learning to some extent. But OFLE by nature was an open and flexible process. It was interesting but as I was new to cultural context, and learning approach. This made me bit discomfort with being critically analytical and constructive in the beginning but gradually I was cultured with it.

Lots of reading and discussion on several topic helped me to know educational background, dimensions and models about  learning and training processes. Similarly assignments helped me in being much analytical and constructive about the subject matter.
