This was a start up module. This introductory part had started with posting profile of the members/students of this program in the blackboard (bb). It was interesting to know tutors, program co-ordinators and students through virtual learning space. This had developed a forum of various types of student from multinational context and culture. It was much interesting to know various student interest and diverse plans through interactions and postings. In the past I was cultured with objective learning system. But during my master’s study in IT, I had experienced flexible learning methods. It was using learning applications and tools, online resources, distance learning and other learning resources. But still the curriculum and assessments were objective. This open and flexible learning environment was quite new to me in a way the assignments and learning approach were subjective, interactive with constructivist approach. Therefore I was bit confused at the initial stage but gradually I got habituated into this learning styles. During first assignment reviewing literatures was lot of readings but interesting. The second assignment was about evaluating a learning environment in which I had taken a learning environment of one university portal. This was about analysing and comparing the discussion board environment from many aspects and constructing ideas from it.
