This module had focused on change process, change activity and change management for the progress and competitiveness for individual or organization. Other main factors were communication and cultural aspects in change process. This module focused on determining a subject, incident or a case that needed to be transformed or changed. For this purpose method of diagnosing the matter, using proper tool for it and identifying elements to correct it by addressing the appropriate change strategy. Cultural factor was taken as the most important and complex part of change process. The main subject matter were:
